Can you really do this?
The judges decision reads:

Hard to swallow. Word of mouth has it that saliva is a spermicide. But on second thought doesn't something analogous happen in markets where commodities are traded with understanding that no trader should ever take delivery and a curious novice does only to find the commodity spoiled, which is disoncerting.
