Ah, they have so much sex in Africa that condoms would not be a solution. To combat the behavior-based scourge, the Philippines tried Bible-thumping and Thailand went Bernstein cover sheath mumba-mumba.
And AIDS expoded in the one while was reigned in in the other. Both countries fifteen years ago, mind you, had similar AIDS levels, ready to "take off." G-d, the double entendre.
