Now it appears that, after some stops and starts in recent seasons, the men of the white collar work force are marching into the office in shorts.

the jackets give the dork look. for fuller view of shorts-at-work culture, need pics with obese, bald guys in cubicles. personally, i don't feel as bad spilling martini on my shorts compared to spilling on my pants.
